Puppy Application

Thank you for you interest in Colorado Mountain Labradoodles. We take very seriously the responsibility of placing our puppies in the most loving and nurturing homes. We realize the process is daunting to some, even extreme, but we find the more effort being made to ensure our puppies will be living with a family that is dedicated to a long healthy future with their pet, the better opportunity we all have of success. Completion of this form does not obligate you to purchase a puppy nor does it assure you that a puppy will be available at any given time. In order to reserve a puppy, this completed application form must be received and approved. Once approved, and puppies are available, you can send the $500.00 non-refundable deposit (which will be applied to the purchase price of the puppy). We reserve the right to decline any application.

Puppy Application

Is your house yard fully fenced and secure?

What type of puppy are you applying for?

In addition to the purchase price of the puppy, an extra $150 spay/neuter fee is required. Will this be an issue for you?

Generation Preference

Do you plan to take your puppy to an obedience class?

Will the cost of caring for a puppy fit comfortably into your budget? Please note that between quality food, toys, vet bills, obedience classes, grooming, etc. a dog is a lifelong investment. The first year of care is $1500 to $2000 alone.

Will you consider getting pet insurance for your puppy?

Are you committed to caring for this puppy for his/her lifetime (10-15 years)?

Do you understand that the deposit is nonrefundable, even if you change your mind? This is done in order to plan expected litters.

We wean all of our puppies to a raw food diet because we believe it is the healthiest option for them. Are you interested on continuing your new puppy's raw food diet?

How did you hear about us?

Be reminded that raising a puppy will be expensive and time consuming. Please evaluate your family dynamics and make sure you are not wanting a puppy out of excitement. Yes, labradoodles are wonderful dogs, but like any other breed, they need training and guidance to be the best they can be. If you are ready to take the first step towards welcoming a labradoodle into your family, please click on the submit form button. This information will assist us in choosing a puppy that will compliment your family, but ultimately, you decide which puppy you want. We will not select a puppy for you, but will instead let you know which ones, we feel, will be best suited for you. You will receive an email back from us within 24 - 48 hours. Please note that we may ask you more questions once your application has been reviewed.
